We use cookies to:

  • Enable visitors to register and log in to secure areas of our website.
  • See how visitors navigate our website. This helps us improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily and identifying content on our website in which our users have the greatest interest.
  • Distinguish between new visitors and users who have visited our website before.
  • Generate anonymous statistical data such as the number of unique visitors to our website, how many visits our users make, which pages they visit and whether our visitors arrive at our website from a particular search engine or by using certain key words in their searches or following a particular link.

Cookies are used to generate statistical data and collect information in an anonymous form. We use this information to compile reports and help us improve the site. We do not sell, rent or share any of the personal information we collect with third parties.

When you visit our website, we log the IP address of the device you are using to allow you to connect with the server and browse the site. An IP address is a unique identifier that certain electronic devices use to identify and communicate with each other on the Internet.

To improve our visitors’ browsing experience and analyze marketing trends, we use Google Analytics to collect certain online identifiers, including cookie identifiers, IP addresses and device identifiers and other information as more fully described above. The data is used in the aggregate and not to identify individual visitors.

We invoke an IP anonymization feature of Google Analytics to ensure that Google anonymizes the IP addresses it collects as soon as technically feasible so that the full IP address is never written to the memory of a device.

The retention period we set for any data we collect from Google Analytics is 38 months. Google will automatically delete historical data in excess of that period.

Your consent applies to the datavantage.com and support.dcrservers.net domains.

If you have given us your permission to use cookies to collect information about your browsing activities, we will ask you to renew your consent when you revisit the website for the first time after a period of 12 months has elapsed since the last time you gave us your consent.

To learn more about how we process our users’ personal data and how you can contact us, please review our Privacy Policy.
