Building on this foundation, Direct Computer Resources, Inc expanded into other areas of enterprise software, while also addressing distributed computing environments. Today, our suite of DataVantage software products helps organizations efficiently view, edit, copy, manage, migrate, scramble, mask, and de-identify sensitive data across various database environments.
Our Firsts
Notably, we were the first company to incorporate data masking tools for z/OS, offering robust protection for sensitive data, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
The company also holds several domestic and international patents related to data masking and obfuscation. The product lineup includes mainframe solutions like DataVantage DME® (Data Masking Express™), known for its affordability and flexible pricing options, and DataVantage Adviser®, which enables visualization and editing of COBOL data altered during application modernization on distributed systems.
